Venus has just left its Gandanta, or drowning point, and Mars has just entered its own drowning point at the end of Cancer. This occurs when a planet transits the last three degrees of a water sign and the first three degrees of a fire sign. This week Mars will also exit Cancer and enter Leo. Meaning that it will not longer be debilitated. However, it will take another six days after entering Leo to leave its drowning point. This means that the energy of Mars will be absent for another ten days.

As Venus is in Mars ruled Aries its energy will also be absent for this time. As the Sun and Mercury are in Venus ruled Taurus their effects will also be weakened during this time. This will create a very similar effect as last week, but for different reasons. The malefics Rahu and Saturn will dominate the chart. A difference from last week is that Mars is not influencing the chart, reducing conflict and accidents. However, depression and a sense of isolation will increase. This will change when Mars passes the third degrees of Leo in about ten days.

Mars does well in Leo and from this sign it will aspect Rahu in Aquarius and Saturn in Pisces. The effects of theses aspects will not be positive. It will increase conflict and attacks upon large social groups and institution. There will be frustration and blocks in creativity, spirituality, and dream work. Many people will have difficulty with sleep during this transit.

To understand how these transits affect you an individual analysis is required. The interaction between your natal chart and the transits of the planets is always very individual and personal. Contact me for a reading at https://www.bluephurba.com .
