New Moon in Leo, Full Moon in Aquarius

Today is the new Moon in Leo, which means in two weeks there will be a full Moon in Aquarius. A retrograde Saturn is transiting Aquarius. The USA has its natal Moon in Aquarius and is therefore in the middle of its Sade Sati, a seven-year period of difficulties that occurs during Saturn’s transit from the sign before the sign of the natal Moon, until it exits the sign after that of the natal Moon. Mars is also aspecting both Pisces and Aries from its transit through Virgo and Rahu is transiting Aries. This means three malefic planets will be strongly influencing the Moon for a five-day period beginning with the full Moon in Aquarius. This will be a difficult five days for the USA as a whole, and for those with a natal Moon in Aquarius, Pisces, or Aries.

This will be especially hard on one’s mind, psychology, and emotional life. Saturn brings depression, fatigue, and feelings of failure to the Moon. Mars may cause one to lash out in anger at oneself or others. The combination of the aspects of all three of these planets at once, which will occur as the Moon transits Aries, brings the increased possibility of injury through accidents or other tragedies.

It will be important to remember that this is occurring mostly at the emotional level and not necessarily at the level of the reality or the interpersonal. If you feel like a failure at this time, it does not necessarily reflect something objective about you and the feeling will likely pass in a few days. However, this transit could indicate a real event that is a legitimate cause for an intense emotional reaction, such as the illness or loss of a mother or other tragedy. Such an event is most likely during the Moon’s transit through Aries.

To understand how these transits affect you an individual analysis is required. The interaction between your natal chart and the transits of the planets is always very individual and personal. Contact me for a reading at https://www.bluephurba.com .
